We want you to love our sports vest—your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not fully content with your purchase, please review our detailed return and refund policy below for a smooth process:

1. Return Eligibility Period

You may initiate a return request within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered. 

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, your sports vest must meet the following requirements:

Remain unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, odors, or signs of use (including no damage to seams, fabric, or hardware)

Retain all original tags, labels, and branding (e.g., size tags, care labels, hangtags)

Be returned in its original packaging (e.g., product box, dust bag, or sealed polybag) if applicable

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

Final sale items (clearly marked “Final Sale” on the product page)

Items designated as “Non-Returnable” (indicated on individual product listings)

Sports vests that have been altered, customized, or modified in any way

3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct size or color exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style of sports vest:

Place a new order for your desired item (to ensure availability)

Initiate a return for your original purchase following the steps below

In the event that your received sports vest is defective, damaged, or incorrect (e.g., wrong size/color sent), our team may offer a direct replacement or full refund at our discretion—please reference Section 5 to submit supporting details.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Our Responsibility: If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective product, wrong item shipped, manufacturing flaw), we will cover the return shipping cost. We’ll provide a prepaid return label (where available) or reimburse you for reasonable shipping expenses upon receiving proof of payment.

Your Responsibility: For change-of-mind returns (e.g., ordered the wrong size, no longer want the item, or simply changed your preference), you will be responsible for all return shipping fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our mistake.

5. How to Initiate a Return

Before sending your sports vest back, please complete the following steps:

Your full order number

The reason for your return (e.g., wrong size, defective fabric, change of mind)

For defective/damaged items: Clear photos/videos showing the issue (e.g., torn seams, faulty stitching, fabric defects)

Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and confirm if your return is approved.

If approved, we'll send you detailed return instructions (including shipping address and label, if applicable).

Important: Do not ship items back without prior approval—unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned sports vest (typically 3–5 business days after delivery to our warehouse), we will send you an email notification to confirm approval or denial of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of inspection.

Please note: Your bank or credit card issuer may require additional time (3–7 business days) to process the refund and credit it to your account—this is beyond our control.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the stated timeframe:

First, check your bank/card statement or contact your financial institution—refunds may take extra time to post.

If your bank confirms no refund has been received, please reach out to us at [email protected] with your order number and refund reference (if provided), and we will investigate promptly.

8. Canadian Orders – Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped to Canada destinations:

Import duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage fees charged by local authorities (e.g., Canada Border Services Agency/CBSA) or carriers are non-refundable by our shop.

If you return an item, we will refund the product's purchase price (and original shipping fee only if required by law and the return is due to our error). Import-related fees will not be included in your refund.
