Shipping Locations
Currently, we offer shipping services exclusively to addresses within the United States and Canada. At this time, we are unable to fulfill orders destined for regions outside of these two countries.
For orders shipped to Canada, please note that international import regulations and requirements may apply. For additional details regarding applicable duties and taxes, please refer to the “Canadian Orders – Duties & Taxes” section in our Refund & Return Policy.
Order Processing Time
Orders will generally be processed within 1–3 business days following the confirmation of payment. Please be advised that no order processing, shipping, or delivery activities will occur on weekends or public holidays.
For Canadian orders: An extra 1–2 business days of processing time may be required. This additional time is used to verify shipping details, prepare necessary customs documentation (such as commercial invoices), and ensure full compliance with the import regulations of the destination country.
Estimated Delivery Time
  • Standard Shipping (United States): After an order is dispatched, the estimated delivery window is 5–10 business days.
  • Canadian Orders: The estimated delivery time varies based on the specific destination within Canada, ranging from 10–25 business days following dispatch.
Shipping Carriers
  • United States Domestic Shipping: We primarily utilize the United States Postal Service (USPS) for delivering orders within the U.S.
  • Canadian Shipping: We partner with USPS International to ensure reliable delivery to Canada. The exact carrier for your order will be determined based on factors including the destination address, package weight, and selected delivery speed.
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email.For U.S. orders, tracking information typically updates throughout the full delivery journey, from dispatch to final delivery. For Canadian orders, tracking updates may become less frequent after the package leaves the United States or clears Canadian customs. In those cases, you may need to use the local postal service’s tracking portal (e.g., Canada Post) to continue monitoring your shipment.
Tracking Your Order
Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and a direct link to monitor the real-time status of your package.
  • U.S. Orders: Tracking information updates in real time and covers the entire delivery journey, from dispatch to final delivery.
  • Canadian Orders: Please allow up to 48 hours for the initial update of tracking information. After the package departs the United States, tracking updates may become less frequent. In such cases, you may need to access the website of the destination country’s local postal service to continue monitoring the package.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package experiences significant delays or is marked as “delivered” but has not been received, please follow the steps outlined below based on your order’s destination:
For U.S. Orders
  1. Check with household members, neighbors, or building management (e.g., front desk staff, mailroom personnel) to confirm if the package was delivered to an alternative location.
  1. Contact USPS directly using your tracking number to inquire about detailed delivery information and status.
For Canadian Orders
  1. First, allow an additional 5–7 business days beyond the initially estimated delivery date. Customs clearance procedures or international transit issues may result in unforeseen delays.
  1. Use your tracking number to contact the local postal service or customs authorities in Canada. Packages may be held due to unpaid duties/taxes or a requirement for additional documentation.
  1. Confirm with household members, neighbors, or local delivery hubs (e.g., nearby post offices) to check for any missed deliveries.
Next Steps if the Package Remains Unlocated
  • For U.S. orders: Please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
  • For Canadian orders: Please contact us within 14 days of the marked delivery date (this extended timeframe accounts for potential delays in international transit and customs processing).
